The Hughes Trade website is fully transactional by login to three levels of access: Full - where customers can order and have full access to historical purchase information Restricted - where customers can log on and order only View - where customers can log on and select products to save in the basket

Customers can view products, specification and see prices. Items can be reserved for collection or delivered to existing addresses on their account. Larger contract customers can integrate fully with our systems to ensure solid and hassle free transactions.

Relationship Management

It is not only our intention to win contracts but to keep them. Most of our business advisors have been promoted from retail positions where experience is gained by diversity and challenge. In addition to our local teams our national department is ideally placed to assist national and large contracts with their needs. Our Thetford hub handles thousands of parcels every week. Our own fleet of over 200 commercial vehicles take the bulk of our jobs with multiple carriers taking the balance. Selected for their suitability, all integrated to our computer systems, stock control and query follow up. There is a big price differential between domestic and commercial products. Some businesses do take the view that they would rather buy three or four domestic products for the same price as a one commercial product regularly replacing them on malfunction.
