Requests for return must be made to the supplying Hughes Trade branch, where you will be asked for the reason for return and given an authorisation number on acceptance.

No returns will be accepted unless accompanied with an applicable (GRN) authorisation number.

Hughes Trade operates a fair play policy when considering returns and ask our customers to be aware of the following guidelines, which are considered reasonable.

Hughes Trade Returns Policy
• Unused, unwanted products that are standard stock items can be returned within a reasonable period at your expense for a full refund excluding our costs to get the product to you initially
• Unused, unwanted products that are not standard stock items can only be returned following acceptance, where they will be subject to a restocking charge (see our terms and conditions)
• Used, unwanted products cannot be returned in normal circumstances

Faulty products should be handled in the correct way:
• White goods (appliances) are invariably covered by the manufacturers own repair service on production of a valid receipt / guarantee
• Brown goods (TV & audio) are invariably services by the manufacturers dealer service network on production of a valid receipt / guarantee
