The main oven has a capacity of 62 litres and is a fan oven which means that heat is evenly distributed throughout the cavity. This ensures that your flavours are not transferred between dishes when cooking simultaneously. You are able to cook a joint of meat at the top of the oven at the same time as baking a cake at the bottom of the oven; the flavours will stay with the dishes and not mix.

The second cavity is a conventional oven with 64 litre capacity which features 2 shelves. This oven features 2 shelves which can be placed in 5 different positions which allow you to make room for anything that needs to be cooked. Thanks to the separate grill cavity, you can easily finish of those delicious meals giving them that perfect golden brown professional look or why not crisp up your bacon for your sandwiches in the morning. The precise temperature dial allows you to get the perfect temperature for whatever it is you are grilling.

You are given plenty of options for cooking different components of your meal, there are 7 gas burners to choose from so you will always have the perfect sized hob for whatever is on the menu. The 100DFT also features a wok burner for when the wok is the better option.
